Exclusive Modification Conditions (Direct Booking): 

By confirming your booking with a Non-Refundable Rate through our official website, you benefit from our Flexible Change Guarantee. This advantage allows you to modify your stay under the following conditions:

One-time free change: One (1) date modification per booking is permitted without additional management fees. The new stay dates must be provided at the time of the change request.

Notification period: The request must be made at least 10 days prior to the original check-in date. After this period, no changes will be accepted and the original rate conditions will apply. 

Final nature of the modification: Once the date change has been made, the new booking will not allow further modifications nor be eligible for any refund, regardless of when the request is made. 

Availability and stay: Any change is subject to hotel availability. The same room category and board basis originally booked will be maintained.

Rate adjustment : If the price for the new dates is higher, the guest will pay the difference at the time of the modification.  

If the price is lower, no refunds or credits will be issued, and the total amount of the original booking will be maintained.

Web exclusivity: This benefit is exclusively available for direct bookings. Reservations made through external agencies or third-party platforms are excluded.
