The Sweet of Santa Marta
The undisputed protagonist is 'El Dulce de Santa Marta', a fritter soaked in 'leche merengada' (meringue milk) spiced with cinnamon and lemon, created as a tribute to Saint Martha, the patron saint of hospitality. This unique sweet is accompanied by our homemade tarts and pastries: muffins, mini-pastries, Santiago cake, 'palmeritas', and violet candies, turning each breakfast into a small ritual of flavor and tradition.
