Exclusive modification conditions (direct booking):

When making your reservation with a non-refundable rate through our official website, you benefit from our flexible change guarantee. This benefit allows you to modify your stay under the following conditions:

One free change only: one (1) date change per reservation is permitted at no additional management cost. The new stay dates must be provided when requesting the change.

Notification period: the request must be made at least 10 days before the original check-in date. Once this period has elapsed, no changes will be accepted and the restrictive conditions of the original rate will apply.

Final nature of the modification: once the dates have been changed, the new reservation will not allow any further modifications and will not be eligible for any refund, regardless of how far in advance the request is made.

Availability and stay: any change is subject to hotel availability. The same room category and board basis originally booked will be maintained.

Rate adjustment: if the price for the new dates is higher, the guest must pay the difference at the time of the modification.

If the price is lower, no refunds or credits will be issued, and the total amount of the original reservation will remain unchanged.

Web exclusivity: this benefit is an exclusive privilege for direct bookings. Bookings made through external agencies or third-party portals are excluded.
